Every facilities are poor.

12103 PA-ljn.express.I suffered in this train in 2Acoach.Tea vendors used to sell tea in a very small size plastic cup inthe coach as well as at stalls for Rs.10 per3/4cup and that too ready made poor quality tea.I didn't find tea bag cup tea any where through out the journey. Cleaning staffcame only at Jhansi.no in between.No Rail Neer was available between Pune and Kanpur.LOCAL sealed water being sold @Re.20.This is latest information my providing on dt.5/6 th August.Hell of the railway improvement system.
