very bad services, company provided dish common building service including hardware, whenever there is issue of signal loss they take charges of Rs. 150/- from each consumer who file complain of signal loss and resolve the issue. Airtel should provide free services of signal loss as they take charges for paid channels on their dish.
They make a nuisance of themselves by frequently calling the subscriber, as though the subscribers have no better work than to answer them. Hence, I rate them low.
The services needs improvement. Communication with them is time consuming. Volume varies with channels, this needs to be corrected at their end, minor variation is OK, but there are certain channels where volume problem is major, specially on color. Overall rating is average
I am a subscriber of airtel DTH service. Whenever I want to add a channel or remove one, I have to call customer care and wait at least 5 to 10 minutes for getting/updating subscription, about 8 months back I went to their website to manage me channels. But to my surprise even after removing some channels the, they were still present in my account. It is high time TRAI takes note of these unfair trade practices
