Airtel digital TV

Airtel offers very average service in Kolkata. Very often there is problems of connectivity and calls just fade away during talks, comes back and then fades away. This continues till the called or the caller gets fed up and disconnects.. The internet connection is nothing to be cheerful about.

I'm on an ala-carte plan. I found Airtel services to be good.I see couple of issues. 1) It stops working when there are rains 2) The cost of channels keep on increasing every now and then

Not good. Frequent disturbances and interruptions particularly in strong winds and rains. Antenna direction setting required occasionally cost Rs 150, which is not required in cable TV. Frequent switching to Airtel programs after sometime or electricity disturbances including change of voltage.

Too frequent signal problem & spending of Rs 150/- each time. Automatic switching to Airtel Channel after sometime. In electricity voltage variation or cut off and changing over to inverter supply, again switching to Airtel channel. After a long running signal off. Low sound during the day and on the same volume high sound in late night.

I have been using airtel mobile and broadband services for almost a decade. I found there services to be good.

Good Service except the monsoon, frequent unavailability of signals.
