Bought MOTO G3 in APR 16. Most unsatisfied. Several problems-most important:
1. Very fast discharge- to be recharged in 12 hours 2. Voice Break and numerous complaints from the receivers Out of two (both Airtel) sims, one sim freuently gesout of service 3. Display frequently that "security not working" 4. No templates 5. No softwares-kingsoft etc.
Service i very poor-Min time for any repairs is 3 weeks and to check the mobile and diagonsie, one has to wait for 6 hrs. I had been to TNAGAR)CHENNAI)centre, WHICH is overcrowded (more than 100 complainants around 4 pm.)and do not have sufficient space or ventilation(poor AC working). Performance claimed and actual is of big difference.
The company mut focus into the servicing aspects. Theyshoul conudct survey with all the customers who bought to have real feedback and take corrective steps.

AIRTEL-Poor quality of connectivity. I have two sims both AIRTEL. One sim requently goes off with a display "NO SERVICE'> Do not understand whether service could be there for one sim, how for another. Cehcked with the Mobile Service centre, who says signal problem.
AIRTEL of late is in BIGNESS SYNDROME wihout bothering for the quality or conducting customer survey. High time, they look into these aspects and set right.
