Over-rated. Means Over charging for everything - broadband, phone charges and everything they provide under the Sun.
I always doubt how the Broadband charges are calculated. Suddenly someone starts calling you to go for the higher plan and suddenly your usage for the week doubles and triples and comes to Zero. Seems very fraudulent - has been happening for months.
There is no alternative TINA factor works for them - they keep exploiting rather than sharing the savings made thru Scaling up of business.

Bangalore is called a tech city and the airtel signal is worst. Even there is full signal when people call up it says switched off or out of coverage area. Have faced this issue a lot. Also the internet we do not get good speed. Speeds of internet are not good enough in dongle i use.

This problem is there with all the networks in Bangalore. Don't know then why the city is called tech city when one can't address the problem in network.

Airtel reasonably have good service. However their advt regarding 4G is exaggerated and misleading. They are also violating VAS regulations. VAS are activated without consent of the subscribers.
