From Nov 8 till date i could draw an amount of Rs.10,000/- only in the month of November. ATMs are not working/out of cash displayed.

State Bank of India, Varanasi city Branch, is the only ATM located in the centre of the most busy square of the city, where hundreds and thousands people from all parts of the country and abroad visit daily, is poorly managed. In internet Banking there is no option for receiving OTP by e-mail. OTP is sent to mobile only and if customer is not having signal for his mobile he can not use Internet banking. Several requests sent to Bank management to provide the option of receiving OTP by mail for net banking transactions did not elicit any response.
