Andhra Bank

This bank is reliable. We need not worry about hidden agenda. But car loan and housing loan applications are unnecessarily tedious, complicated and cumbersome. Hence many people opt for private banks, which give very good service (sometimes within 24 hrs); but most of these private banks cheat the clients by charging an extra EMI on some pretext or the other. Andhra Bank should improve their services in this aspect.

The staff is cordial and friendly. But they should be well versed with loan facilities provided to clients so that they can guide them clearly without any confusion.

It is too slow in functioning. Does it take two months to sanction a loan that too with property as mortgage and a relative as a guarantor? The amount is fifteen lakhs, and the customer is a specialist doctor. I will never approach any nationalized bank again for loans. They should learn from the way private banks function.

This bank is very customer friendly.
