Department of Posts

- The new online system is not working and is more of an obstacle rather than easing business. Parcels are delayed as the systems are too slow also the staff is inadequately trained or motivated to take things to a new level.
- Speed post is slower than regular post and is actually slow post. Needs major makeover here.
- Like the fact that postmen have been moved from cycles to bikes.
- Would like to see more post women delivering mail.

A Regular stamped Mail from USA do not reach home in, Kolkata, India.
Some times the mail never delivered or probably got stolen or lost. !!
Don't know why ? Who is responsible for this kind of act. ??
