When rain comes ni service. Service calls are not attended and any service is chargeable.
Exorbitant rates and no service.
Timely recharge and activation is ensured by them.
Why not charges to be in accordance with mobile data..

Best thing of Tatasky is.... they are appreciating the customers...and always talk soberly and reply...But one thing i could not understand while having maximum 4 connection in same home and one after closedown but after some time i wanted to start another connection in another room but they are not able to start same but start another connection...

I used it for very long time but most of the time this was giving me many many problems. Then they suddenly started discontinuing channels ( even prime channels like SONY) with out warning. That was the time I switched over to TATA SKY.

SCOD 18 offers cable TV services for the past 7 years. They thrive on erstwhile local cable tv providers and have taken over the services. They keep their Marketing information secretive. They never reveal their rates and allow the local agents to collect money as they please. The response of their office is very poor and they refuse to give details of their bouquets, taxes and other incidentals. In the same building they collect different amount from each customer. The service is poor. The connection will suddenly go off. They remove channels without information. They do not reduce the charges if a channel is continuously not provided for more than 3 days as per TRAI mandate. It is high time that such service providers are searched by competent authorities and fixed. Please do not recommend this entity to any body.

The paid TV programmes keep exagerating the cliams about the product and offer various schemes including guarnteed returns. I have gone through their advertisement about "Shri Laxmi Kuber Dhan Yantra". The company was showing that all the buyers have been bestowed with money and money and money that too millions of people. If you do not get desired benefits, the company will refund your 100% money on its return. I wanted to dig out more details as I could not believe the scheme at all.
