Dishtv people does not know any language other than Hindi. They will conveniently change the RMN (registered mobile number) to the ladies, because it is easy to cheat ladies

We used it way back in 2004 and it was the worst service I have seen anywhere.

We had issues from day one and they would not respond at all. They would only respond after you send them a consumer court notice.

Keep away from them.

They have stopped offering "My Account" Services to the Subscribers of A-la-Carte Pack. Charge Rs.5/- each for even Free-to-Air DD Channels as well ! Picture Quality at Size 0 Screens appear far more Pixelated than anticipation. Subscription Period EXPIRES too quickly in comparison to rest of the DTH Service Providers.

Is elected my package by self pick up which is one of their recommended process. But with that they disallowed my web account login. I could not understand why they stop that prevelage for selecting one of their recommended package.

The only advantage in DishTV is that you can make your own package. So it is economic. otherwise service and customer care is not good.

SCOD 18 offers cable TV services for the past 7 years. They thrive on erstwhile local cable tv providers and have taken over the services. They keep their Marketing information secretive. They never reveal their rates and allow the local agents to collect money as they please. The response of their office is very poor and they refuse to give details of their bouquets, taxes and other incidentals. In the same building they collect different amount from each customer. The service is poor. The connection will suddenly go off. They remove channels without information. They do not reduce the charges if a channel is continuously not provided for more than 3 days as per TRAI mandate. It is high time that such service providers are searched by competent authorities and fixed. Please do not recommend this entity to any body.

The paid TV programmes keep exagerating the cliams about the product and offer various schemes including guarnteed returns. I have gone through their advertisement about "Shri Laxmi Kuber Dhan Yantra". The company was showing that all the buyers have been bestowed with money and money and money that too millions of people. If you do not get desired benefits, the company will refund your 100% money on its return. I wanted to dig out more details as I could not believe the scheme at all.
