The Bachupally, Hyderabad Branch was quite helpful for opening an account, though availability of cash was a problem. However, the ATM seemed to be out of cash for the entire period of the demonetization exercise.

Never faced problem for Rs. 24,000/- per week as per norms. However change was a problem.

Since demonetisation their service has deteriorated. Looks like they have the ATMs have shut permanently, at least in Chrompet, Pallavaram,Tambaram areas in Chennai.
I hope the RBI takes note of this and ensure no annual charges are levied for issuance of Debit Cards issued by the banks.
If you visit the bank, the Teller issue only multiples of Rs.2000/- notes and no other notes are issued against cheques.
