Pathetic.... no response after the customer support mail or calling.... I cannot understand why these bank exisys... And I made sure that I had given this feedback to all my friends/relatives that it is pathetic...
Very bad. PANVEL east branch long queues always. have to stand in the sun. Bad service. CST branch -always NO CASH. FORT branch always long queues. been to south for attending marriage. long queue in WARANGAL AND HANAMKONDA BRANCH.
Send my peon for cash withdrawal during first 4 days of December, at Shivsagar Estate Worli, Mumbai 400018 branch and on all the 4 days the reply was NO cASH come next day. In earlier times - pre and immediate post independence days, if somebody walked with a cheque and bank showed its inability to encash it was considered that the bank has collaped.and nobody would touch that bank.Sure enough we have progressed a lot during last 70 years. i wanted to switch loan from HDFC to SBI. on 1st Oct they SMSed that they have sent my loan application. now one SBI person is asking " how to visit your house...which way it is, how far from there" Another person called up from Kilpauk that "you have to show the original document, no no no noh, you have to come here, yes yes you can send a person with those document"
Senior citizens who do not get pension have to depend on their meager retirement benefits and interest earned on them. But, now the interest rates on SCSS and MIS have been drastically reduced putting extreme hardship on senior citizens. Please revise the interest rates to senior citizens to at least 10 %. Also think of giving additional ad hoc amount every month to pension-less senior citizens. Matter urgent. Finance ministry has put us in lurch in these days of growing cost of living.

Despite submission of documents for KYC for Properitership Firm including MSME, the bank could not unlock the account. Last month request made to close the account and refund the money lying in account but making lame excuses everyday. No response from their higher offices to our emails.
