Have experienced exemplary customer centricity at ICICI Bank's Branch at Godrej IT Park, Vikhroli, MUMBAI. The Manager, Mr. Sameer along with his staff is on his toes since past two weeks. Have personally been to this Branch thrice and found epitome of care and concern in the staff. So very polite, courteous and helpful. Not getting irritated answering the same questions from thousand customers.
