icici bank is good to rule followers under the critical situation they guided well to me in our area...

ICIC Bank, Vishal Hall, Andheri East Branch is useless. No words to describe its services. Branch manager is thinking that in this 50 days he is king and behaving very rudely with Senior Citizens also. There is no separate que for Senior Citizens, Note Exchange, Deposit and for withdrawal. For one or two days, they have started giving tokens and manager is saying that NOW PLAY WITH THIS TOKEN IN THE QUE. This is how Bank Manager Mr. Ankit Poddar is behaving in the Public. No Que System, their staff members are roaming aorund and wasting time. After spending three hours in the que, they will say that KYC is not Updated, so come again after few days after submitting KYC Documents again. Not giving 10,20, 50 or 100 Notes during 12th to 19th. They have posted the Note that Only 2000 Notes available. ATM Centre is CLOSED.

Very good and personalized service. Too strict with procedures which sometimes is irritating.

I have an account with ICICI Bank and also do most of my transactions online. I find this bank to be very good. Their customer service too is good.

I'm happy with the services of ICICI Bank, both at ATMs, Branch, Net Banking and mobile services. I'm yet to come across a better bank than ICICI. I do have other bank accounts but I prefer ICICI than them.
