Nothing is being done. It is a white elephant on Tax payers.

Farmers of west U.P. are facinng great difficulty in obtaining fertilizer etc. Subsidy system has many loop holes and most of the farmers end up paying double or triple amount due to some discripency in their bank details and their inability to get it rectified. Aubssidy system needd to be reassesed again and again for semi litrate farmers.

increase M.S.P. rate of all crops OR give the right of self declaration of crop rate to the farmers .make policies for farmers welfare and prosperity.
