Ministry of MSME is having its prime importance for smooth running of State Government and Central Government Promotion and Working Functions. Many of their works are being off-loaded to MSME Industries. Presently MSME is facing with the following problems to deal with Central Government and/or State Government Contracts:
1. Believe and stressing more paper work than real work.
2. Heavy tips and high approach is required to get projects.
3. Standard Procedures are very lengthy, seeking many unnecessary information (not related with business in deal criteria), complicate to enter into business with them.
4. Preferring previous contractor rather than new entrants.
5. For every step of complete work, release of payments takes too much time which affects financial crisis of contractor (MSME).
6. After receipt of material at their gate or specific stores, GRN is not raised and later creating problems for proper receiving.
7. Creating problems to clear the bill once produce after supply/completion of work and expecting certain percentage for clearing.
