I agree with Bharat Lal ji. Prabhu has lost the plot mid way and the rail ministry has not made any sustainable changes. He is a sharp and nice person but unable to get the bureaucracy adapt to change. Too heavy too deep rooted.

Prabhu ji started out well but has lost his way. He needs to get out and about and listen to common man and eliminate corruption which he is not. Busy delivering milk for crying babies has no end but poor railways safety will have ends for lot of innocent people who trust railways. Wake up call.
