Travelled by 12442 Rajdhani express from new delhi to raipur on 27/06/2016 in IIAC A2 compartment. Journey throughout was painful due to frequent jerks. When told to TTE for informing the authorities, he said this is normal feature of the new technology and there is no need for complaint.

If u ask me, this ministry has done good job of pr and customer service. Inside much more is to be done to wipe off corruption bureaucracy and profitability. Its achievements are grossly overstated.

It seems Mr Prabhu have taken this ministry on task and the working will certainly improve.

Suresh Prabhu Sir is a good Railway minister. I am seeing stations at night and how the public crowd is managed and it is very good and nice compared to other ministers before. Keep it up Prabhu Sir, your work is so neat , tidy and better.
