Unfortunately one cannot give a negative rating which the MCG deserves. The condition of the roads in Gurgaon is pathetic. With just a few millimeters of rain the tall claims of the MCG have been noticed. We are heading for another GURUJAM

Garbage collection and waste management is horrible in most of areas. One does not need any effort to site heaps of garbage in every nook and corner of the town. The MCG officials responsible for such duties never plan clearance of garbage resulting in spread of diseases and very poor environment. It seems they do not have any accountability and are not answerable for their failures rather no body to question
Each government office dealing with maintenance works of public importance such as garbage collection, waste management, maintenance of roads, water supply, sewerage, drains, electricity, plantation, gardens etc must identify and nominate a nodal officer for a particular area/ward and his name and contact number should be displayed at all prominent places in that area/ward enabling anyone to contact him. The department must support the nominated nodal officer to deliver and perform and should be mad accountable

Extremely poor maintenance of road in front of our flats. Garbage and Dust collection is NIL or zero for days. Roads now badly damaged and they have already damaged my vehicle. MCG is a corrupt orgn with inept staff, to handle present day needs of a ward or a council. Corrupt and inefficient. Road maintenance and other municipal job should be given to a professional orgn. This orgn has ensured Gurgaon will remain a terrible village nothing else.
