Last week, I was travelling from New Delhi to Bhubaneswar by 20818 - Rajadhani Express, which was to start from platform No. 11. The condition of the Platform was not upto the mark and it needs to be improved.

late running of trains, crowded with passengers waiting for train, is the primary identity of Railway station in metros.

Reasonably satisfactory

First they have to clean illegal shop and vehicle from outside.

Good steps are being taken . Lot to be done.
