Udyan Express 2nd AC coach was from NE railway probably shunted from there. Did not have sprinkler nor mug in WC western style .No place to keep your soap box, tooth brush and other toiletries. No hand rail to keep napkin or to hold .Travelled on 30th Sept. in A-3 coach from Sai P Nilayam to mumbai. Small cockroaches also seen in WC.

Toilets in Howrah-NJP Shadabdi express needs to be cleaned at regular intervals. I recently availed this train on 22/10/2015 from Howrah also again on 28/10/2015 from NJP. The toilets were very dirty. Indian Railways should take feedback through SMS from passengers who reserved their tkt through IRCTC & then fix accountability for cleanliness on the service providers.

Sewagram express the bogiy was very dirty. Cocroaches are running here and there. Toilet was not having water.

We all where very much when govt. Changes and Mr. Prabhu has taken charges as Railway minister but nothing has changes instead more troubles started in all Railway categories. Overcharging is common in all trains by catering services. No Rate card displays/No cleaning/No dustbins/correption to get immediet reservation and many more services NO No No No No No No No.
