It is the most hopeless organisation functioning in the country. Instead of giving good advises and show a path to the government, it became a tool in the hands of the government, that too after the arrival present Governor of RBI. The less said about it is better.

Very poor service by Kolkata Banking Ombudsman. Even if I had sent my evidence in email. Ombudsman had declared that they have not receipt any response from me.

One can not rate RBI based on a stray complaint.RBI has several functions. I would say they are doing a fine job overall.
