RBI has one of the most no brains complaint redressable online system. The website doesn't have any tracking system of the complaint. Once the complaint is lodged no acknowledgement or any input mechanism for the complainant to provide counter arguments on the complaint. Usually the complaint is disbursed with a section code and it is upon on the onus of the complainant to read all the sections to understand the reason for rejection or acceptance of the complaint. It is high time the RBI corrects this with a proper time based tracking system and sets a proper example by being serious and showing accountability of the consumer complaints.
