This company's network in Delhi and NCR plain sucks. Its the worst. pathetic. Calls keep dropping and rarely u get 3G

Costly but, best service.

i am very happy with vodafone post paid and prepaid, both from 2011.

I have been with Vodafone for many years. The most unfriendly network. They are interested in their rentals and extracting money even from their devoted clients. Recently I shifted from Delhi to Hyderabad. I wanted to shift my connection with number portability. They created so many obstacles in the transfer, not realising that it was a transfer only and not exiting the service. Delhi circle never helped with their data bank about the customer when I approached Hyderabad Circle for transfer. I am planning to exit Vodafone and shift to another service provider soon. I am giving them the least rating due to compulsion of the software....they do not deserve even on star .

Having it since 1999 but never had any problem with the service.
