I am with Vodafone for quite a few years. Not really have much to complain except for their 24x7 help line customer care personnel. I found many of them quite ignorant about the system.

The nightmarish pathetic experience I had with Vodafone while porting out my moble no. to Airtel. This was truly an eye opener experience how much nepotism,corruption and tilted the TRAI and information technology min. is towards Vodafone.An unholy nexus and totally flouting of rules being done by Vodafone. 'JUST BEWARE OF THIS TELECOM OPERATOR.' THIS I AM WRITING AFTER BEING WITH VODAFONE AS THEIR VALUABLE & so called Happy to help Customer.I was shocked how Vodafone has transformed into most inefficient and money minded organisation playing into the hands of corrupt ppl.
