Quid pro quo by Awas vikas Parishad , connived with Fugitive secretaries of various housing societies . NOC issued by AVP with payment of land cost dues.
People got trapped as NOC facilitated the loans from public sector banks , LIC housing etc.
67 lacs then would become 20 crores .
Yogiji , honest person brought "OTS" and due became 11 crores.
How to pay this money when majority of us are retired .
We feel like cheated by the system , broad day light.

      Foremost criteria of being a citizen is to ensure all laws of the land are adhered to. And if this holds true for a citizen, the same should hold true for every organization, be that a private or a government organization/ department. Law of equality should also be upheld at all times. UPAVP shouldn't be charging 21%. And that too, when a few years back they settled similar cases at 14%. Very recently the Supreme Court directed the authorities to ensure 8% Rate of Interest is charged. So charging 21% rate of interest is bizarre! Further, changing stand on it's own directives issued w.r.t terms of payment like due date, amount due etc does not behold the characteristic of a good government department. Hope Yogiji and Modiji guide this department to act in a fair manner! more
