All these corrupt transport departments Are Still making money if we believe this survey. This is ridiculous. Will the CM of BJP states like Haryana UP Gujarat Karnataka answer??? more

The Million dollar UNANSWERED question is - Even after this Open Se-create why AUTHORITIES are MUM for years & Decades????? Human factor wherein Discretion of Executing Person prevails. In Simple manner he can detain/Delay you for couple of hrs which one Can't afford - to come out victim have to pay the Price without any of his fault. Basically it is TWO way transaction prevailing with decades ole experiences and expertise's. Main reason is - there is NO proper FORUM to raise voice/grievances, as the platform prevailing are the part & Partial of same system found not only USELESS but more harmful. more

No scope for us to challenge the survey report even if the amount arrived at may differ in large from actuarials. But the question arises as to why the transporters pay such a large amount as bribe. There are quite a few reasons for the transporters to resort to bribing the police and the officials of the related departments. More or less all of us are aware that majority of the transporters are the violators of laws and rules and they run their activities completely depending on bringing the concerned. Therefore, there is no point in looking into the issue from a single perspective. more

If this is the state of affairs even after introducing GST, online way bills etc then just imagine the extent of corruption that must have been prevailing earlier. While I do not discount the nuisance value of the public servants involved in these areas, issues like overloading, not having proper vehicle documents etc provide loopholes for exploitation too. Let us not forget that it is only after almost 65 years of independence that the nation has been put on the right track. more

The problem doesn't entirely lie with undoubtedly corrupt transport departments of various states. The problem lies with transporters who, invariably overload their vehicles. Process of obtaining way bills and other processes are being automated (online) if not already done to avoid major lacunae. more

India is the most fertile country for corruption. India has very favorable judicial system for it. See how the IB officer recently killed with cruel torture and we can see the culprits are moving free after some time. This is my country. Modiji took some action on corrupt, the repercussions we are seeing now, anti CAA protests are part of the game and subsequent riots. Corrupts want to rule the country, unless people come on streets united nothing going to happen in the country. Sad to see the plight of Nirbhaya case. So what happen to a corruption case? more
