Action by Govt on Sexual Favour Bribery
It is very important for us to highlight areas where action has been taken by the Govt.
I remember in these circles we had extensively discussed sexual favours as bribes should be punished.
Aftet prevention of corruption act approved by Parliament sexual favours, things like expensive gifts or any kind of freebies, giving a free holiday or payment of airline tickets and stay is considered as bribe.
Can we please make it a point to celebrate when action is taken atleast? more

The big bosses are taking all sorts of advantage including sexual favours. The matter should be taken with full seriousness. more

Quick and unbiased judgment (treating every body as Citizen only) may bring results.... Judiciary needs to strengthened by filling up vacancies ... Pan India.... Population is increasing, so crimes are increasing, PILs are increasing; RTI's are increasing .... Is our Judiciary keeping pace with this explosion.... more

Big deal. All this is meaningless because, like Bandit Jabberlal Neckscrew's Neta-Babus, Modi's Neta-Babus, Ravi Shankar Prasad in particular, have criminalized (with seven years imprisonment) the victim of extortion (the bribe giver) while granting immunity to the extortionist (the Government employee or politician who demands gratification in exchange for granting even entitlements to the ordinary citizens or anybody else for than matter. So, no victim of Indian Governance (aka extortion i,.e, corruption) dare complain. more
