Addressing Child Labour - Addl Inputs
1. National Help Line should be Provided
2. Name of Reporting Person should not be disclosed, because, maximum govt. officers and business man are involved, so Law should be very strict and Penalty should be very high.
3. Now Indian people are under impression that if you have maximum child, you have more power both physically and politically. Govt. is running many schemes to serve poor child.
4. In Delhi people are ready to pay even 10,000/month to domestic child labour, so in many location in India people are concentrating in increasing population. Which is very big challenge to the govt of India.
5. In Delhi many Business Man / People keep Bangladeshi child labour (for low cost) by changing his/her Name as Ganga/Ymuna/Ram/Krishna etc. All these information most of Delhi people have, so very heavy penalty should be imposed if found guilty.
6. If police is in support of this Mission then there is not problem, because while patrolling Police has all the information regarding this. more
