Bad food quality

I have visited a local restaurant named Harish bekar, gurgaon, I found insect in some food items of it and I complained to the manager about the bad quality of food. but he simply said he is not responsible for it and charged full amount even for the food I found insect in. I had complained to consumer care toll free no but they provided me 2 -3 no which does not work. I request you to please let me know what should i do now ? I want to file a complaint in court against it.or I have any other option ? more

First give a complaint to the Health Officer and see the response. more

It would be better to complain first to Health deptt. and if they don't listen, the file a case to the Consumer court. The hotel and restaurant people should be taught a lesson. more

Also complain to health department of Municipal Corporation more

I have taken photo of the food infested with insects and cash memo, you can lodge a complaint with the Health Officer and file a case with Consumer Courts. The complaint without valid proof will not yield any results. The seller have already named his firm as Harish Bekar (useless) unless it is actually Harish Baker, Gurgaon. more
