Can’t the GOI set up a Mistry for deportation?

There are a lot of illegal migrants living in India..Most of them are potentially dangerous for our country..We can report about them in local police station but the fact remains that the local governments also support them. This issue cannot be solved unless the central govt makes a department who deals with illegal migrants and does not take the local police in confidence..other problem is revealing the identity..I know an illegal migrant who could be potentially dangerous but I can’t report about him to the local police station..My identity will be revealed and the people supporting him to get Indian nationality will be behind me.As a responsible citizen,I want to act against it but I know it will go against me.Can the GOI make a ministry who acts independently like other LEAs and just act on inputs from people like me.it will be helpful for the country. more

Illegal immigration or infiltration is taking place since independence and no serious efforts appear to have been made by any government to deport them and seal the borders in proper ways to stop further infiltration. Such infiltrations from neighbouring nations have already changed the demography of most of the north eastern states, particularly Assam. Most of them have acquired immovable properties, Voter Id, Aadhar Card etc. and have become voters of this country. Such is the situation in Kashmir where the earlier NC & PDP governments have reportedly settled 80,000 Rohingyas. CAA was brought in by the present government with a view to dealing with this burning issue effectively but we all are aware as to what happened last year as also the roles of all the political parties in opposition. As these illegal immigrants have become the vote banks of these parties, they would never support the deportation of their vote banks and it would mot be easy for the government to implement any laws in support of their deportation. Only public outrages against such infiltrators jointly & severally may help the government in taking result oriented action. more
Failure of Congress in Implementing Citizenship is the root Cause for all ills in the Country , Losses to Nation and agonies to People.
Implement Citizenship. Deport illegal immigrants. more
U.S.Laws are strict in such cases. Indian laws are not strict and further these cases are not even coming to local police station level. Local leaders are protecting such illegal migrants. illegal MIGRANTS WILL BECOME CATALYSTS IN CREATING HOLOCAUST IN THE COUNTRY. more
The problem is that when a noise is made, there is an outcry by the people supporting illegal immigrants and also the illegal immigrants become alert ..there should not be any noise regarding creation of such a ministry/depertment/wing/phone number..Only after a significant number of people are deported, govt should announce it more
Enforce Citizenship Articles 5 to 10 . None can defy. more
Infact ,instead of making a new ministry a new wing can be started within home ministry ..Formation on new minstry will create unnecessary backlash like the CAA/NRC...Deporting illegal immigrants is well within the jurisdiction of Home ministry...A new wing can be established which builds a framework and start operating...The number of illegal immigrants is huge and suddenly when people start disappearing,it will instill fear amongst the new people planning to enter our country...Not all the things need to be highlighted...Once the authenticity of illegal migrants is confirmed, they can be deported and a letter regarding the action can be issued to the local police station once the action is done..They will also feel ashamed that they could not identify such potentially dangerous people..they will also be answerable to the local public.. more
None can defy Implementation of Articles 5 to 10 . more
