I agree with the post in caterers. We should all give inputs in this circle like other circles on what should be 9 must follow rules for caterers. Fssai should then review them and issue guidelines fot caterers.

Setting rules is easy. Who and how shall implement? more
FSSAI is certainly a welcome step forward. Consolidating with the digital India initiatives FSSAI should develop their website user-friendly so that consumers can login into FSSAI website and search a particular vendor either by entering the vendor's name or its FSSAI License number displayed at the vendor's retail point to know more about the vendor. There should also be provision for the consumer to register their complaints with all required documents such as the bill number or photo or videos to justify his/her grievances, if any,. This will help authorities to initiate necessary rectification action plans. Thanks more
Thanks Mr. Mathur for the detailed information . We have also started getting posts, replies and Guidelines from FSSAI . It is a good sign to be informed on these so that we are armed with information before confronting the culprits . Will it also be possible for the FSSAI to suggest or directly appoint authorities to do random checks now and the here and there. more
ya, its necessary. more
