corruption in bocw deptt.
there is rampant corruption in every state to issue labour licenses as well as permit under bocw as well as migrant workers license.the fee is fixed per person;even though the procedure is to apply on-line the officers put a block on approval indicating some shortcoming in the application.i don't think transparency international should be held as inefficient..the state official ministry and its bureaucrats are totally responsible for this mess..in fact when we are talking about one india,why different types of licenses and permits for the same activity..a thorough review is necessary.. more

Satyendra Jain, Minister in AAP Govt. in Delhi, Sandeep Kumar was caught in an obscene act with a girl are sufficient examples to counter your claim.I ask you to disprove my contention. In fact, we are very comfortable with corrupt persons. The only non corruptible person in the country is our PM NaMo. more

When corruption exist at the highest level, there is no point in dreaming for a corruption free society on this land. It has been our tendency to accuse the government employees and officials for rampant corruptions but we ignore the facts that these people are compelled to be corrupt as they are given annual fixed targets of collections to be handed over to the representatives of the politicians in power or otherwise. Prime posts in different department are unofficially auctioned and the highest bidders succeed in getting their postings of choice. Under such a scenerio, it is but natural that these people will resort to corrupt practices to achieve the target as also for themselves, which is no secret to any one. But corruption and corrupt practices are prevailing in every nooks & corners of our society, right from a petty veg vendor to a big business tycoon. Our society never bothers about one's credentials but his wealth. Until we change our strategies of blaming the government and its employees & officials for corruptions and come forward to assist the government to fight against such evils and impose social boycott on the corrupts and their families, it would not be possible for the government alone to eradicate this social evil. Meanwhile, we should be determined not to pay bribe and tolerate people engaged in corrupt practices under any circumstances. more

its a nexus...so who will punish who? legal..police...politicians...officials...they are all mere people. but then power corrupts - absolute power corrupts absolutely. more
