Corruption Survey Published
Circle members of local circles your survey has been published in the Economic Times (attached). May the Govts act on it. Please discuss whan can be done to bring 56% paid a bribe down to 28% send this to all chief ministers demanding they act. How else change will come??? more

Change will come when people no longer seek undue favors. Recently i managed to get a proper transfer done at a local municipal office without paying a single rupee as bribe. They do publish all the required information on website as well as on office premises. It took a little effort to get all the documents by visiting the registrar's office, but the municipal staff was cooperative. It is when we do not want to "take the trouble" and find short cuts by giving money to the touts outside that corruption is bred, as part of the money goes back to the staff. Change will start with the people and not from the government. At best a good leader can give a call for a change. Putting aside political affiliations, the current PM has given that call and some of the citizens have responded. If 1% of the population gives a genuine response, change WILL happen. And change has to be inclusive. It will be in all areas - health, education, safety, child welfare, AND CORRUPTION. The latter cannot be eradicated without addressing the others. more

Any survey, inquiry, commission etc. has no meaning, unless it is completed in time and action taken promptly. more

Changing in the system of governance alone will not deliver the desired result until & unless we change our mindset and refrain from bribing to get our works done by hook or crook. more

The only solution is to change the system of governance from political democracy to non-political and non-commercial democracy of the people, for the people, by the people. Raise a group of some 35000-40000 such persons from across the country and make the stand in general elections 2019 at all the three tiers and vote them to power. more
