US is stupid country known to always make contradictory statements every now and then. It is better to do our own research rather than relying on such baseless claims. more
Hershey ,dark chocolate, ok take care of the lead and other metals more
Dark chocolate is a term used for chocolate products with no milk. Chocolate is produced from Cacao, which is grown in many countries, mainly with tropical climate. South Americas, Africa, Asia has several countries growing cacao. These are natural products and any Heavy metal content would be due to the soil in which the cacao trees are growing. This content would vary from origin and batch. To making a sweeping & general statement that dark chocolate contains toxic levels of heavy metals is wrong. more
Fully agree. One should think twice before making sweeping statements like this. more
Agree. I shifted from 90% Bitter to 70% Dark chocolate to balance the benefits with the negative impact of heavy metals such as cadmium and lead. Also, consume small quantity (< 30gm / day). more
if so why U S A has not banned "Dark chocolate" They claim to be very advance carring & laws are very strict more
