I bought this item recently in the local market at Chennai.The moment I started using it at home,the switch malfunctioned and the handle came off.When contacted,the Service Centre of the Company refuse to give me a replacement.Hence,I got zero value for a newly-bought item.
I feel this product should be banned in the market,as it's potentially unsafe for the consumer.This product does not carry the mandatory ISI mark. more

Govt need to be strong and should ask all states to take necessary actions on the items coming from china and also what china will be doing is sending the goods through vietnam etc countries.Govt should catch these importers and send them to jail and take strict action on them which is ruining our economy with substandard goods more

It is true. One thing china is out to destroy our Start ups. The toy and Plastic toys manufacturing is vanishing in India due to the the unscrupulous traders, dealers import under under fictitious license and flood the Indian Market. This should be checked by authorities but they seem to closing their eyes. Anyway there were several posts about this a few years back and it has been curtailed now. May be people have also come to know about the poor quality without guarantee and after sales service. Good that you have brought this again to the notice of Circlers. Now the ball is in the court of the authorities to open their eyes. more

I think its better to persuade the Chinese to export better quality to India. There is no way manufacturing will pick up suddenly in our country with such poor infrastructure and past government policies that suppressed manufacturing. more

normally what our people do is put a sticker on the carton which if you scratch you will come to know about the manufacturer.Otherwise as mentioned by Bhaskar always buy from standard retail outlets to avoid these kind of issues more
