What Govt departments are there now in Noida and Delhi where one doesn't have to think about Bribe when going? more

Yash ji, the trick is not to think about bribe when going to the department for work. If you think too much about bribe giving before going to the department for work, you will have to bribe. I recently went to Income tax deptt in Delhi for work and got my work done without bribing. Offering bribe for getting work done is not my forte. So I dont think about it and normally my work gets done. Good luck!! more

Any department of Govt of India which has public dealing to procure any kind of licence etc., is corrupt and the people have accepted it. Corruption with Payment online has not started as yet but official will soon find the way. more

Yash ji: Too early for transition from corruption to no-corruption. Secondly, there is no special emphasis or drive by the BJP Govt in this direction as was by AAP. more

I live in noida so my picks are 1.Passport office n its officers specially one officer by the name of Avinash Madam who has made passport re- issuance, new passport making impossible. 2. Noida Authority 3. The RWA nexus which most people know n suffer each day in there hands n keep shut so not to get targetted by them since 80% of them r working only towards there personal gains only rest is usually an eyewash. 4. Noida police one of the most corrupt n unresponsive to complaints. 5. The builder mafia where no indivisuals stand a chance to open there mouths. ETC. ETC. more

Licensing authority in Delhi, I personally got my new license and also got reissued after I lost it. The process is online and transparent, it hardly take 30 to 60 minute to get work done without touts or anyone asking for any money. Passport is another department but since there is an involvement of police for police verification, the corruption still there in verification stage. more
