Finally fssai acts

Looks like fssai has finally issued this letter that gutka is ban in India. There was some poll done in circles. But fssai is just saying that state commissioners do this and that. how to ensure state officials will do it? more

It's a state subject, Union Govt. Institute can only issue the instruction but execution has to be done by the concerned state govt. Neither it's mandatory to execute immedately nor union govt. can enforce to obey. However Union govt. has the right to monitor and advise. more
