Food Safety Supervisors mandatory for businesses

All food businesses now need to have a trained food safety supervisor per FSSAI. this includes caterers, manufacturers, companies transporting food items and retail outlets.

FSSAI, this circle has been giving good suggestions to you and you have been taking some of them. but you are lacking detail of how businesses will be do that. is there such training capacity in the nation?? more

Yes true....inspection must be go on before send all food items to main market.... more

A course in food technology and safety must be either added to Sanitory inspectors course or a separate course must be started by FSSAI to cater to large number of food safety supervisors. more

Yes its good if Practically doing not like a Agmark approved chemist. Government can take help from education Institutions, private labs etc. more

This is the way Govt. functions. Bringing laws that cannot be practiced by the common vendors and finally it will lead to corruption. Like GST launched without sufficient preparation yet another law without preparation. more
