H.C.DIRECTS FOOD SAFETY AUTHORITIES TO DISPLAY CONTACT DETAILS PROMINENTLY.

JUDGE SHOCKED OVER ADULTRATION OF ESSENTIAL FOOD ITEM :

This is a great boon for the consumers of Food Items. Most of the cases we don’t know the details of the contents of packed food materials. Members in the Circle have raised several suggestions and complaints, going to deaf ears.

THE DISPLAY OF CONTACT DETAILS WILL HAVE TO BE IMPLEMENTED SOME TIME BY THE FSSAI. WHEN IT COMES KINDLY MAKE THE BEST USE OF IT, TO STOP THE BAD ELEMENTS IN THE TRADE, PLEASE. more

I have not given up. I am escalating it to the PMO level. And if one does not have the "ability" to pursue a complaint, please refrain from posting it here. Please don't be a cry baby, just to see your name here. more
Sir, if yr comment is focused to one individual here , is not proper, without knowing details. On personal level had written so many times n various issues related to umber of subjects. In public interest. Never run for publicity, n not interested in blowing own trumpet.
On consumer issues , had also written n till recent times not only at local levels, but upto PMO.n the replies received from PMO r also many times are discouraging, because the
persons who handles either don't try to read n understand properly the subject ,as well as don't try to ask if not clear to them.

Still never give up.
Instead of pointing making any sarcastic comments against any one ,n boast what you are doing or going to do, better to connect with people here n make them join with your views n make more effective.

Good day more
This is the job of State Health Deptt. No CM wants to annoy officials by asking them to work from 9am to 5pm 6 days a week. The number of holidays is very high Many Govt institutions are open for 120-150 days in a year. Absentismin very high. Many employees go to work place once in a month and some work for 1-2 hrs a day disappear. With this work culture how a consumer/client can expect good and quick service from any Govt. Institutions. This will not improve unless salaries n perks are linked to monthly performance. more
Customer care phone no. and email are given on all consumer item labels. more
Sir, those details r of customer care n not directly of the company executives or directors. One can't reach them ever.

Last month written to one of the famous brand of biscuit mfg .regarding poor quality of their particular variety n also talked on their TOLL NUMBER, several times no remedial or redressal of the complain.
If you can talk to the GM or even director of a PSU bank , which r available , where's as no private companies such details one can get . Simply take disadavantage 9f the system directing one to contact CC.THEY SIMPLY ACT AS POSTMAN, NO AUTHORITY AS THIRD PARTY.

Only one can know where one's shoe is pinching. more
Finally the Justice as done his duty well. Dothe public need a watchdog pannel to follow up these good Judgements that protect the rights of the Costomers. more
There is acute manpower shortage in entire the country though the total workable population is approx more than 60-70 crores to handle contact customer care. In several such contacts number, I suffered lot of times. The response, the executive busy try afterwards, number is out of order, number does not exists, press 1, 2, 3, etc, for speaking to our executives press 9, disconnects. By mistake, if some one attends the phone, the reply is call after 10-15 minutes. Then...... more
Kaushikk dont give up so soon. there is a long way. more
It is suggested that with each pack a small hammer to be provided, so in case of any issue customer can break his/her own head . more
I have also experienced with those toll free numbers. Even the customer care numbers of commercial establishments; how they cringe for a service contrat phone up , message several times.Once the amount go their accounts this soliciting people are out of the scene. more
