With Donald Trump reducing corporate tax rate from 35% to 15%, wouldn't Indian startups incorporate in USA and make US company their primary company.

Indian Economists are not leaders like ADAM SMITH , who bailed out USA from recession etc. They are just followers. Further more Indian economist must take in to account the need of START UP in reality. A non financial person like mark, bill can build empires. But in India govt create traps for start ups as if the entrepreneur are born reach. Right from license till land registration everybody wants to milk out them. We an enthusiastic entrepreneur gets finished in completing formalities. No time left out for item/innovations he creates to test. Just match the ends. I think India is not place for innovators but traders. 25 to 15% tax will be ripped out by fake startups, real entrepreneurs shall end up with liabilities. more
