Internet Shutdowns must be avoided
Traveling in Rajasthan today and did not have Internet most of the way because some state exams are on going and to prevent cheating the Government has suspended internet.
It is the most stupid governance model and people should oppose such actions strongly.
They dont understand that anytime they do this the digital economy goes for a toss. From directions on road to bookings from payments to finding a number.

This is India. Anyone in power can do anything. How can fellow citizens approach the courts every time. They are worse than the former kings and queens. more

The examiners should be accountable to ensure no cheating in exams. Fix cameras in exam centres. more

It is the stupidity of general public which forces the Govt. to take unpleasant steps. Anti social elements/terrorists also compel the Govt. to take such steps. No doubt it severely affects the internet users and the business activity comes to a standstill. The IT Minister should find out the way out to such teething problems. more

They have to get Jammer or jumpers etc at local places. Technology is there People learn it slowly more
