Junk Food in Schools

Some time back I remember seeing news about Govt having guidelines for foods to be served in schools and junk foods to be avoided.

Can FSSAI or other members knowledge about the issue please share these guidelines. Would like to share it with my children's school in Noida as some things they are serving are inappropriate. more

Parents can take the lead by packing home made food for their children, instead of letting them have canteen food. more

I shall appreciate if some one qualified in Diary Technology especially milk testing should come forward and explain milk adulteration and some simple methods for identifying most common adulterants. May be we should be told about FSSAI standards for Milk as well. more
