this is purely political at the behest of patanjali.inspite of so many complaints against patanjali and the army banning the sale of certain patanjali products in its canteen stores, sometime back, what action has been initiated against them in the form of fines etc..so... more

all you stupid people get this straight. Maggi or any instant noodles is NOT healthy. It is made from Substandard Ingredients. If Patanjali is behind this also doesnt make it false case. The case is real. Patanjali Noodles are also not healthy but much better than Maggi. I don't eat both. I prefer getting regular organic Hakka noodles and making it myself. Because it hardly takes 10 minutes to make a chinese style noodles. So stop this nonsense. Unless Nestle is paying you more
Do not expect any action against the influential person as the rules and regulation are made to harass the poor public or to create panic or to increase the bribe rates or a matter of an eye wash whereas the net result is ZERO and public is going to suffer. more
My late husband had stated this fact almost a year ago. This sort of business tactics need to stop, it is so bad for India and its economy. The Chinese must be delighted to see this happening. more
It's a framed case, it has made easy for others take the market share. There are few cases against a new brand product and Uttarakhand High Court has given a strong verdict against the manufacturers for not complying quality standards. But there was no hue and cry. Noone talks about the brand or manufacturer. I failed to understand why UP inspector finds something wrong in maggi only. It was not traced in other metro cities where sale is huge. Govt. should investigate it truly and detect the real cause before penalising an established branded product. This will instil a confidence among consumers & other organisations. more
It is quite clear te UP inspector is on the payroll of Patanjali more
Whether it is Maggi or Patanjali, all products must be put to test and action initiated on those found guilty of not maintaining standard. more
There is no infrastructure with Government Laboratories. It is a matter of surprise that FSSA 2006 clearly states that the samples to be sent to FSSAI notified laboratories if the government lab are not equipped with analysis facilities. FSSAI Delhi are equally responsible for such mess and allow unsafe food to public in contravention to mandate of FSSA .
There are no uniform formats for analysis of same product as test varies with the pleasure of Public Analyst.
Enforcement should be proper as FSSA is strong enough to grill the erring food business operators. more
