PLEASE DO KAPAL BHATTI PRANAYAM IN THE MORNING. MANDOOK ASAN IS ALSO VERY EASY AND WILL FURTHER HELP YOU IN IMPROVING SUGAR LEVELS. YOU CAN LEARN THESE BY WATCHING ASSTHA TV IN THE MORNING OR YOU CAN BUY CD ABOUT MADUMEH FROM PATANJALI STORE. YOU WILL FIND IT IN YTUBE ALSO.
HAPPY MANGO EATING. GOD BLESS YOU. more
MR RAVEEV ARORA IS RIGHT. MODERATION IN EATING IS ONLY FORMULA FOR ALL FOOD STUFF. THERE IS A LOBBY OF PHARMA COMPANIES AND SOME DOCTORS WHO ARE ADVISING LOWER SUGUAR LEVEL DAY BY DAY, IN ORDER TO DECLARE MORE PEOPLE DIABETIC AND BOOST SALE OF MEDICINES AND INSULIN. SUGAR LEVELS ARE NOT SAME FOR ALL AGE GROUPS. OLDER PEOPLE ARE MORE LIKELY TO HAVE HIGHER SUGAR LEVELS. A RECENT STUDY IN USA SAYS THAT AVERAGE SUGAR LEVELS (HB1AC) OF 7 SHOULD BE TREATED AS NORMAL. THE POPULAR RANGE IS BELOW 6. GONE ARE THE DAYS FOR MANGO PARTIES. TUB FULL OF TREE RIPENED ( TREE FALLEN) MANGOES USED TO BE EATEN BY FAMILY AFTER SOAKING THEM FOR SOME TIME IN THE COLD WELL WATER. THERE WAS NO DIABETES FEAR AS PHYSICAL ACTIVITY LEVELS WERE VERY HIGH. ONE USED TO WALK FOR MILES IN A DAY FOR WORK OR ODD FAMILY JOBS. MARKETS 2 MILES AWAY WERE TREATED AS NEXT DOOR EVEN FOR KIDS. NOW HALF RIPENED TASTELESS MANGOES ARE AVAILABLE, ONE CANNOT EAT MORE EVEN IF WISHED. more
My Doctor tells me ifvtge sugar is little higher then the specified range it's OK because fall in sugar for 50 + age is very very dangerous, If sugar falls the person just collapse and it can just happen anywhere and if it happens on the road then God bless the guy. more
