My thoughts on corruption
1. Anti-corruption should be made profitable business model. It is a Rs. 15 lakh crore opportunity.
Revenue recovered should be shared with persons/team that helped in unearthing.
Several persons would be willing to come to forward. From chartered accountants, lawyers, etc ...
2. Reduce the number of touch points with government agencies.
e.g.: If some body wants to open a business why they have to run around different departments. One with registrar of companies, for service tax, for PAN, for sales tax, for IEC etc ...
Like Aadhar one number should be used for corporates as well. Why do we need PAN, why can't one number be used for all purposes?
3. Increase cost of corruption. (cost of doing corrupt activities and practices) and rationalizing taxes.
4. Revenue recovery is a must and revenue recovered must be shared with persons who helped it
5. Make the laws/rules objective. e.g.: If some body hits for behind, so many points.
6. Reward the judges/clerks and the team 10 times the salary if they deliver judgement in less than one for high profile cases and higher court do not overthrow their judgement.
7. Publish the rules/policies on internet.
e.g.: Opening firm/company bank account different persons of the bank ask for different documents and the process goes on for multiple iterations. more

What is corruption... Who is responsible.. We are,all citizen responsible to this phenomena.. Every citizen bypassing rules and regulations for their on benefits.. Corruption should be legalized depending upon the intensity of the case the officer or a clerk or a minister fix the rate collect and finalize the case. No charges shall be levied as corruption is legalise more

If the present government has real intention to stop corruption, it can. But the government will be falling short before the corrupt people. Let the government create the will power to fight corruption at any means. more

Freezing and confiscating all movable and immovable properties if anyone unable to show the source of income is sufficient to bring down existing corrupt people. As a simple case, so may youngsters with no income are now a days seen riding very expensive bikes, which no one can logically explain what their source of income and what they do behind the screen. It is becoming very scary and nauseating too! more

e-Governance (functioning at its full and not just websites) and cashless card based transaction (RBI should create the necessary infrastructure and facilities all by itself and make it available free) will remove all these corruption. Problem is, all the keys are now with the robbers, expecting robbers to build a foolproof system may never happen! more
