I need Investor(s) to start Fruit (mainly Papaya) Farming Project in Rajasthan. Have done all details understanding & planning.
USP of our Investment Proposal in Fruit Farming Projects Proposal are -
1. Non Taxable Income - Agriculture Income is Tax Free Income, till date.
2. Annual Profit - Annual expected Annual Profitability is approx. 25% to 50% and even more is expected. Profit is annual so that you can invest further wherever you want.
3. Profit Returns are from 1st year itself - No more waiting period.
4. Financial Risk is low - Financially, Investment on Land & Infra Part (85%) is Risk Free. Only Investment risk is the Actual Crop Input (approx. 15%).
5. Appreciation of Agriculture Land - Agricultural Land is expected to appreciate @ more than 15% per annum. So this mitigate the financial risk.
6. Scalability as below
Scalability –
1. After making this project successfully, plans to increase plantation area to 10 times in next 3 years time with other crops.
2. Venturing into Food Processing is possible.
3. Possibility of doing Agro Real Estate may be seen for better profit in first 2 years for early & better profit booking.
4. Farm Tourism/Resort/ Destination Marriage can be developed.
