Attached is how one local goon in Bhopal zuber moves around. He also would not hesitate to attack the police. Such Zuber’s are there in many towns and districts of India.
The country and then police should have a no non sense strategy to handle then and then implement so strictly that others in the pipeline get a lesson too. Like make him clean streets for several years before releasing him.

India needs police without political shackles. Anti-social elements need to be afraid of honest police & such police should be able to perform in the environment without fear or favor. Our courts also should represent common people expectations from the just judiciary. Unfortunately, police and judicial reforms are left untouched, in the absence of which India cannot be a vibrant democracy. more
