A word about Plasma Therapy : The Good News came from Kerala to start clinical trial of plasma therapy for COVID-19 treatment.
The plasma of completely recovered COVID 19 patient will have antibodies to fight COVID 19 virus. Their plasma is collected and infused into COVID-19 patients who are critically ill (their immune system cannot fight the virus) .
The Blood of the Recovered is collected after confirmed by 3 tests to show COVD 19 virus negative .Then their blood will be collected for "PLASMA PHERESIS" process (that is separating the plasma from the blood. The plasma can be collected, stored and kept and given whenever a critically ill patient does not respond to any other treatment ,said the director, prestigious Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology (SCTIMST) explained .The director also said at the beginning of the April that they were hoping to get the required approvals by next week after which all logistics will be arranged.

* Not to miss the daily exercise Yoga, Walking (if there is sufficient space or Motta madi) – Yoga and floor exercise need just a mat/ bed sheet a ventilated room & sufficient to stretch the body and legs .
* Reading books to widen the knowledge on a variety of topics and have peace .
* With all the above being done go for the well deserved SLEEP. more
