Railway Department should Teach their employees misuse the Public Announcement Speakers
The announcement speakers of all Railway station (including Varodara Railway station) should not be misused to spread hate speeches.
Railway Department of all Indian Railway station and Railway Police staion please find the Details and develop a method to maintain norms as Railway employees / Railway Police/Railway staffs.
Railway Staffs/Police/Passengers should not misuse their Railway Employment and Control their Vocabulary during any Public announcement .
The same was advised to other Organizations Parnanent and Contractual employees in each zones/district/states/country. more

This may not be true. railway or any Govt. dept. will not use service for this. It is like as Supreme Court of HINDIA. Owasi speech is Calm & silent although he is abusing to Kafirs but If any Other community person says Batonge to Katonge then it is hate speech. In hnglish If you say stay Unite , stay together then it is Soft Lesson of Unity. Each person having different attitude. If any person find hate speech on station by railway , then they should deported to Bangladesh or pakistan by Sadbhavana Express. more

yes when they are inducted they need to be trained as how to speak with customers and try to help customers on their issue and not to lose temper or use derogatory words more
